Corrections

These get read first. If a calculator gives an answer you think is wrong, the fastest route to a fix is to send the exact inputs you entered, the result you got, and the result you expected. If it is a factual point rather than an arithmetic one, a note on what has changed is enough — regulatory thresholds and rules in this area move, and pages that have fallen out of date are corrected rather than deleted.

Suggestions for tools

Requests for new calculators are welcome. The ones that get built tend to be the ones several people ask for and where the arithmetic is exact enough to be worth trusting — if a proposed tool would require guessing at inputs nobody can know, it usually will not get made, because a calculator that produces a confident wrong number is worse than no calculator.

What we do not do

We do not accept guest posts, sponsored articles, paid links, link exchanges or affiliate partnerships, and the site does not carry advertising. There is no need to ask, and pitches of this kind are not replied to.

We also cannot help with disputes involving a gambling operator, because we have no relationship with any of them. If you have a complaint, it goes first through the operator's own complaints process and then to the alternative dispute resolution body named in their terms — licensing and player protection explains how that route works and where to verify a licence.
